R.I.P. Work-Life Balance

What if the goal isn’t to balance your work-life… or even integrate… but to blend work into your life?

On April 21st, I lived what I call a true Portfolio Life.

Morning – Kindergarten open day.
Walking your child to school, being there together as parents, seeing her so proud to show us her world, drawing side by side… Honestly—how incredibly special is that?

9:30 – With the person who matters most to me, I gave a new legal structure to my entrepreneurial baby: Coworkingbar.ch. Cappuccino + pastry to celebrate (of course).

Late morning – Focus work for coworkingbar.ch and lunch break at home.

Afternoon – Karate coach mode ON. Training a group of young talents from Küssnacht at CST Tenero.

After school – Mum mode. Snacks, play, presence.

19:30 – Community builder. Ordinary Assembly of the parents’ association I relaunched last year.

One day. Many hats. One identity.

Here’s what became crystal clear:
